If a page is funny, that is deliberate. If a number is on the page, it came from a source dated on the page.

She is the author on the Puerto Vallarta guides. She does not turn that into a fake travel diary. You will not find a story here about a morning run she took on the Malecón or a festival she attended in Puerto Vallarta, because those trips are not on the record. Opinions are labelled as opinions. Prices, hours and dates stay tied to the source that was checked.

How I research: every guide is built from current, checked sources and updated when those sources change. Prices and hours move, so each page shows when it was last checked. Some links are affiliate links. If you book through them I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I do not invent prices, opening hours or personal trips.

Hotel pages lead with the address, the Tripadvisor score, the review count and where the hotel ranks on this site. Rates are not invented. The button goes to Agoda or Booking.com so you can see the live price.
